The whole 3-city roadshow was supported by the senior overseas business team that provided on-site reception throughout the events, and the on-site consultation popularity far exceeded expectations. Our booth was always crowded with wholesalers from Russia, Turkiye, Poland and neighboring countries in the Middle East and Eastern Europe, including many well-established local consumable distributors with over 10 years of industry experience, as well as startup merchants sourcing stable supplies for their own private brand. The business team explained the excellent wear-resistant material and high compatibility advantages of the products targeted at the popular models in local markets, which directly solves the operational problems of overseas merchants: fast consumable wear, exorbitant original part premium, and unstable delivery from small manufacturers. Many visitors directly compared the service life of samples on site, and confirmed quarterly sample orders immediately after testing, and asked for detailed exclusive regional distribution policies. At the same time, we collected a large number of demands for niche Eurasian models and terminal usage feedback, which accumulated first-hand market data for the R&D team to optimize material formulas and develop local adapted products.
