Drum Unit Cleaning Blade

Is the core cleaning component of the imaging system for copiers and laser printers. Its main function is to remove residual toner on the OPC drum, maintain the cleanliness of the imaging unit, and eliminate printing defects such as background fog, base toner haze and ghost images.

Structure & Materials: It consists of a high-strength carbon steel bracket and a special polyurethane blade edge with excellent wear resistance and high resilience. Some premium models are coated with a low-friction lubricating layer on the surface. The working edge undergoes precise inspection to deliver stable contact pressure and superior anti-fatigue performance. It withstands millions of friction cycles without edge curling, and the sharp working ridge remains intact after long-term operation.

Compatible with copiers of all speed ranges, it operates stably under various working conditions and effectively solves problems including base toner haze, ghost images and incomplete cleaning, featuring long service life.
