2. Cleaning Roller

Mainly used for cleaning residual carbon powder, paper scraps, and impurities on the surface of charging rollers or photosensitive drums, while also assisting in uniform charge and avoiding printing defects caused by uneven charge.

Structure and Material:

High elasticity conductive sponge or special fiber materials are often used, which have excellent adsorption and cleaning abilities. They are closely attached to the charging roller/photosensitive drum, effectively removing surface pollutants, extending the service life of the charging roller, and maintaining stable charge output.
