1. Fuser Film Sleeve

The fixing film is the core component of the laser printer's fixing unit, responsible for melting the carbon powder transferred to the paper at high temperature and pressing it into the paper fibers to achieve permanent fixing of the image.

Structure and Material:

Using high-temperature resistant engineering plastics such as polyimide (PI) as the substrate, the surface is coated with a non stick PTFE coating, which has the characteristics of ultra-thin (60-80 μ m), high thermal conductivity, wear resistance, and non stick powder. It supports fast heating and zero start, greatly shortens preheating time, and reduces equipment power consumption.

Key role:

The thermal conductivity and wear resistance of the fixing film directly affect the fixing fastness and printing quality. Aging or wear can lead to problems such as weak fixing, powder loss, and ghosting.

2. Fuser Unit

Also known as the heating component, it is a core module that integrates the fixing film, heating ceramic sheet, fixing lower roller, pressure spring, and temperature control sensor. Through the synergistic effect of high temperature and high pressure, it completes the melting and fixing process of carbon powder.

Adopting modular design, it has excellent heating uniformity, precise temperature control, and supports continuous high-speed printing, ensuring stable fixing under long-term operation without problems such as paper jam, wrinkles, and poor fixing.
