Fusing Film Sleeve Manufacturing Center
The technology of fixing film products has long been monopolized by Japanese and Korean manufacturers. The substitute fixing films circulating in the market have a short life and are easy to break, resulting in high maintenance costs for users and greatly reducing the service life of the machine. In response to market phenomena, our company has developed a series of products, polyimide film and PI metallized film, using new materials and new processes. This series of products has good thermal conductivity, good flexibility, good isolation performance, tear resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics. Since its establishment, the workshop has adopted ISO4 level (10000 level) clean production site, using automatic tape machines, PFA adhesive coating automatic machines, high-precision automatic scraping machines, dust-proof leveling machines, leveling ovens, automatic inner hole brushing machines, vacuum mixers and other high-tech equipment. All raw materials are imported from the United States and Japan, ensuring the stability of product quality from the source.

Transfer Belt Manufacturing Center
We mainly produce PI and PA transfer belts for color printing and copying equipment; and silicone and PU secondary transfer belts for black high-speed copiers. Our products have the characteristics of uniform distribution, good synchronization, fast charge removal, non-sticky toner, tear resistance, and wear resistance. Our company is one of the few polyimide conductive film companies in China with independent intellectual property rights and R&D and production capabilities. We have overcome another difficult problem in China's OA industry and filled the gap in film transfer technology products.

PCR Manufacturing Center
The charging roller manufacturing center is equipped with automated rubber mixing equipment and vulcanization equipment to ensure the stability of quality; imported wide-width automatic grinders and CNC numerical control ensure the consistency of product surface size and roughness. The charging rollers produced by TMS have high charging efficiency, can achieve low-voltage charging, smooth surface, good straightness, precise resistance control, green and environmentally friendly, and no pollution.

Cleaning roller, transport roller, pickup roller manufacturing center
Cleaning roller &CCR is a device used in the cleaning assembly of the copier to clean the charging roller. It can remove impurities and toner attached to the charging roller, keep the charging roller clean, and make the equipment more effective and durable during continuous printing. It is mostly suitable for medium and high-speed printing and copying equipment.
Transport roller &Thansport Roller
Product introduction: It is used in paper feeding mechanisms such as electrostatic copiers, laser printers, plain paper fax machines, or multi-function devices that combine the above equipment. Commonly known as: paper supply roller, conveyor roller, impression roller, paper discharge roller, etc.
Commonly used materials: natural rubber (NR), polyurethane rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM), polynorbornene rubber, silicone rubber, chlorinated polyethylene rubber, etc. The product has good wear resistance and strong environmental adaptability, and does not slip or crack.
Pick-up roller &Pick Up Roller
Product introduction: The pick-up roller is a wheel that can rub paper off the paper pile. It is mainly used in office equipment such as printers, copiers, quick-printing machines, digital integrated printing machines, etc. Its working principle is that when the transmission shaft where the pickup wheel is located rotates, the pickup wheel is driven to rotate through the one-way clutch (one-way bearing) brake, which sticks the paper that has been pressed under the pickup wheel and drives it to move forward. At the same time, the friction plate (pickup plate, damping plate, damping wheel) that is tightly attached to the pickup wheel below allows the first sheet of paper to be rubbed in, while blocking the second sheet of paper from moving forward with the first sheet of paper.
Commonly used materials: nitrile rubber (NBR), polyurethane, ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM), etc. The product has good wear resistance, strong environmental adaptability, no slipping, no cracking, and no abnormal noise.
