Fuser Film Sleeve

It melts toner and permeates it into paper fibers with high thermal conductivity to ensure firm adhesion of printed images. It replaces traditional fuser rollers to cut preheating time and power consumption, suitable for printing devices requiring quick startup. The thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance and chemical stability of the fuser sleeve directly affect print quality; aging or damage will drastically degrade printing performance.


Structure & Materials: 

It takes high-temperature resistant engineering materials such as polyimide (PI), SUS, PI+Ni as the base material, and its surface is coated with non-stick PTFE (Teflon) layer. It features ultra-thin thickness of 60–80 μm, high thermal conductivity, wear resistance and anti-toner adhesion. It supports instant zero warm-up heating to greatly shorten preheating duration and reduce equipment power consumption.


Core Function: 

The thermal conductivity and wear resistance of the fuser film directly determine fusing fastness and print quality. Aging or abrasion will cause insufficient fusing, toner peeling, ghost images and other defects.
