Developer Unit

The Developer Unit is the integrated core component of the developing system for copiers and laser printers. It integrates magnetic roller, doctor blade, supply roller, toner hopper and other key parts, and independently completes the whole workflow including toner feeding, triboelectric charging, even toner coating and image development. It is the core module that determines print density, image uniformity and developing stability.

Structure & Working Principle: 

Adopts an integrated modular design, internally equipped with magnetic roller, doctor blade, supply roller, toner hopper and developer bin. The magnetic roller attracts developer via magnetic force, and the doctor blade controls the thickness of the developer layer. Uniformly charged toner is delivered to the surface of the OPC drum to develop the electrostatic latent image.

Performance Advantages: 

All developing parameters are precisely calibrated to OEM standards. The thickness of the developer layer is evenly adjustable, and toner maintains stable triboelectric charge. It delivers high-density and uniform developing results, effectively eliminating developing defects such as faint prints, uneven image density, heavy background fog and white streaks.
