What is the product warranty policy?

Under the premise of normal installation and standardized use, the products are entitled to warranty services, and non-artificial quality problems can be handled in accordance with the after-sales process.

What payment and shipping methods are available?

For domestic orders, we support methods such as public account transfer; for foreign trade orders, T/T is acceptable. Samples are delivered by express, while for large-volume goods, logistics, air freight or sea freight are optional.

If we have procurement demands for multiple products, can you provide one-stop supporting supply?

Yes, full-category accessories can be combined and shipped together to realize one-stop procurement.

Do you support OEM branding and customized outer packaging?

What is the delivery lead time for samples and bulk goods?

Conventional samples will be dispatched within 2-3 working days; the delivery period for standard bulk goods is 3-15 days, and the lead time for customized products will be negotiated separately.

Can you provide samples?

Samples are available. The sample fee and freight shall be borne by the customer. The sample fee can be refunded according to the rules after you place a formal bulk order later.

Regular models support small-batch orders, and there is no MOQ requirement for samples. The unit price will be more favorable as the purchase quantity increases.
