Lubrication Bar

The lubrication bar is a special lubricating component for the maintenance system of OPC drums and intermediate transfer belts in copiers and laser printers. It lubricates photoreceptor drums, transfer belts and wiper blades to lower friction coefficient and reduce component abrasion, extending the service life of core imaging parts. Meanwhile, it assists in cleaning residual contaminants on surfaces to maintain consistent print quality.

Materials & Design: 

Composed of high-purity synthetic wax blended with lubricating grease; some variants contain special cleaning additives. With uniform texture and moderate hardness, it works with lubricant blades to coat an even lubricating film on OPC drums and transfer belts without accumulation or agglomeration, and will not contaminate imaging components.

Application Advantages: 

It drastically cuts frictional resistance between wiper blades and OPC drums/transfer belts, slowing blade edge wear and preventing insufficient cleaning caused by premature blade deterioration. It also lowers the risk of scratches on drum and belt surfaces, prolonging the service life of OPC drums, transfer belts and wiper blades by over 30%, and ensures long-term stable printing and copying performance.
