Fuser film is a special high-temperature resistant material film used for fuser during the copying or printing process in copiers or printers. It has a high heat conduction efficiency and replaces the traditional fuser roller. It is widely used in medium and high-speed laser printing or copying equipment.

Working principle:

When the paper passes through the printer's fuser unit (fuser film), the originally loose toner will melt and fuse with the fibers in the paper. 

Then the fuser unit conveys the paper to the output tray, and thus you obtain the final printed page. In addition, the fixer also heats the paper 

itself, which is why the paper coming out of a laser printer or photocopier is always relatively hot.

The technology of fuser film products has long been monopolized by Japanese and South Korean manufacturers. The alternative fuser films 

circulating in the market have a short lifespan and are prone to damage, which leads to high maintenance costs for users and significantly
